Managing orders
The Orders tab lists every order across your connected stores.
Filter and search
- Use the date range picker to scope a window.
- Filter by status, store, or customer.
- The search box matches order numbers, customer name, or email.
Editing an order
Click an order to open its detail panel. You can:
- Update status (pending → processing → shipped → delivered)
- Edit shipping address
- Add internal notes
- Issue refunds (where supported by the source store)
Status changes sync back to the source store automatically.
