Orders

Managing orders

The Orders tab lists every order across your connected stores.

Filter and search

  • Use the date range picker to scope a window.
  • Filter by status, store, or customer.
  • The search box matches order numbers, customer name, or email.

Editing an order

Click an order to open its detail panel. You can:

  • Update status (pending → processing → shipped → delivered)
  • Edit shipping address
  • Add internal notes
  • Issue refunds (where supported by the source store)

Status changes sync back to the source store automatically.
